The boss/manager/teacher doesn’t have to do the job/task as well as you. They have to coach you and get you to be your very best.
My Comment: Take your pick of titles and task, but I believe this is one of the fundamental truth’s of leadership and management.

Dr. Charlie has been accepted as an adjunct professor for Park University’s College for Distance Learning extension located on Davis-Monthan AFB, in Tucson, AZ.
Dr. Charlie’s first class will be CS300 - Technology in a Global Society. Class starts Jun 2, 2009 and ends Jul 23, 2009.

Dr. Charlie presented two papers at Measurement Science Conference (3/26/2009). The first paper examined National Measurement Institute Performance Determinants and the second paper will discussed partnerships in Educational Curriculum and Metrology.

RFGlobalnet has accepted an article, co-authored with Jim Davis, Cal Lab Manager for EMT, on the “The Benefits of Automated RF & Microwave Testing for Calibration, Compliance, and Customer Satisfaction“.
The article will be published in the May 2009 issue and will be available on www.rfglobalnet.com
